Round counterflow FRP cooling tower
All cooling towers in the products introduction in the website are energy-saving, because the installment capacity of electric engine is lower in domestic and foreign similar products. In general, the water temperature in low noise and super low noise cooling power is 3~8?, applicable for cooling air conditioning equipment and other equipment.
The super low noise cooling tower also utilizes a series of noise control measures on the basis of low noise tower, and the noise rating number at standard point is lower than that of corresponding low noise cooling tower by ~5dB(A). It is especially applicable for locations with stricter requirements for noise, for example, hotel, hospital, public building and location near residential area.
the water temperature decease of the industrial cooling tower, namely medium high temperature cooling power, is generally 10~25?. A series measures, for example, increase in diameter of tower body, input air, wind pressure, efficiency, filler height, are added to it. It is applicable for cooling industrial water with high temperature decrease and its code is listed as follows, for example:
DBNL 3 -100 type:D-low noise;B-FRP;N-counterflow;L-cooling tower;3- third retrofit design;
100- nominal flux under standard work condition is100m 3 /h;
GBNL 3 -100 type:G- Industrial medium high temperature decrease;
CDBNL 3 -100 type:CD-super low noise;
DBNL 3 J-100 type:J-water accumulation model(in general, the water pond of water accumulation cooling tower is higher than of common model of cooling tower by 300~400mm )
DBNL3W-100 type:W-non-water pond model.(The non-water pond model cooling tower means those without under tower body, which are applicable for installing on the top of water pool. Thus, the investment to equipment can be saved and the temperature effect can be increased.)
Select and use
When selecting cooling tower, you should understand that, water flow(Q), water inlet temperature(t 1), water outlet temperature(t 2) as well as design well bulb temperature(t) and define the model in terms of thermal force performance curve.
As to the material cold endurance, the cooling tower is applicable for subzero 50?region. However, as to regions where the average temperature in the coldest months is lower than subzero 10?, at the time of making an order, the customer should bring forward anti-freezing measures and the water spray guide ring should be matched to prevent the water from flowing into window shade.
The turbidity of recycled water shouldn't be higher than 50 mg/l. In short-term, it shouldn't be higher than 100 mg/l. there shouldn't be greasy dirt and mechanical impurity in recycled water. When necessary, take measures to remove algae and stabilize water quality.
Refer to foundation drawing at the time of reference. The direction of inlet and outlet pipe of larger cooling tower can be seen in the foundation drawing. The horizontal position of smaller size can be defined randomly, but, it is forbidden to collide with the foundation. If there is foundation in the middle, the load should be 25% of the operation weight and the remaining 75% should be averagely born by the peripheral rectangle foundation. If install the water cooling tower on the roof, consider the additional pressure resulting from the wind load.
The bracket should be set for the cooling tower lower than 125 type to prevent excessive weight from pressuring on the tower wall.
Holes should be opened for water distributor in terms of nominal flux. If the difference between actual flux and nominal flux is larger than 15%, it should be explained at the time of order, the manufacturer will change the open dimensions. The water pressure on the water inlet pipe of the cooling tower is approximate 2~5 meterwater column. Forbid excessive high pressure at the time of design, otherwise, the water will be floated with excessively larger flux.
The product is applicable when the water temperature isn't higher than 60?.If the water temperature is higher than 60?, the order should bring forward at the time of ordering, we will solve this problem by choosing material. If requiring fire resistance cooling tower, explain it at the time of ordering, we can also satisfy this demand. ? The fin angle of fan of cooling tower higher than 150 type can be adjusted. But, in order to guarantee the uniformity of fin angles, the electric current shouldn't exceed the normal current of electric power. In short-term, each fin can be inverted to remove ice cake. Therefore, the reversible magnetism starter can be set in the region with serious ice cake. The button should be located near the cooling tower. Square counterflow FRP cooling tower
There are two series of cross-flow cooling tower, BHZ series and HBL series. The BHZ series has low noise type and super low type. The cooling water fluxes of single tower are respectively 80, 100, 125, 175 and 200 mm 3/h (6×200m 3/h). If the reading in the parameter table exceeds 200m 3/h, pieces of cooling machines should be installed. And the corresponding amounts of cooling tower are remarked in the column of fan and electric engine. Beside low noise type and super low noise type, there is also industrial type with medium high water temperature decrease HBL series. The cooling fluxes of single cooling tower are respectively 300, 500 and 700m 3/h. They can also be installed in parallel for use. It has the characteristics of high air current speed, noise little higher than that of installation tower, but lower than that of counterflow tower as well as small land occupying area.
There are two series codes, B-FRP, H- cross-flow cooling power, Z- installation model and L- cooling tower and the remaining are the same with those of counterflow model.
Structural properties: the series apply bilateral air intake. The mass transaction with the hot water is conducted through the air passing the bilateral fillers by means of the top fan. The wet air is discharged outside the tower again. Point wave plates with protruding point on both faces is applied for fillers, which are adhered into one integrate through installation to increase rigidity. Because there are protruding points on both faces, not only the water drop is prevented from directly dropping, but also the function to form water film is increased. There are water measures on the foot section of filler. The fan applies airofoil FRP fan with lower rotational speed and lower dynamic pressure. Apply terylene fiber reinforced power belt. Its merits include low noise and high drive efficiency and it doesn't skid at the time of water. Because of bilateral air intake, the filler can be directly stacked to distribution channel from the bottom of water pool. Therefore, there isn't water dropping noise like counterflow tower, which is advantageous to reduce the noise of cooling tower. Consider convenient for installment, the base of cooling tower is installed on the strip reinforced concrete basis. The foundation dimensions in the sample are only for reference. Take the average value of the load of each base. And 200×200m steel plate withthe thickness of 16 mm can be embedded on the location of anchor bolt. If the user hopes to enlarge the water storage capability of water tank, he should explain this at the time of ordering. |
